Pork Roll Sandwich

A couple of weeks ago - faithful fans, Mark & Shannon from Chatham, mentioned that they got the best Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese Sandwich at a place on Long Beach Island, NJ called Bageleddies. This week they sent a picture. Looks like an "everything" or "onion" bagel to me.
